1. When requested, please use English in channel. There are channels specifically made for different languages.
2. DCC is disabled unless you specifically allow it. Use /dcc allow. Abusing DCC will result in bans.
3. Ask in the channel BEFORE sending private messages to users you dont know.
4. Be polite. If you're an asshole, you will be treated as such.
5. Don't spam or flood the channels. If you want to paste a link to your personal site, ask a channel op for permission.
6. Reasonable posting of your channel is ok but each channel has it's own rules. Ask a chan op for permission.
7. No scripts or any bot commands. If every user has a bot, the channels will be a mess.
8. Limit the use of colors, bolds, reverses, underlines, italics and ASCII art and caps.
9. No multiple connections from your location, as a user you only need 1 connection. Exceptions can be made for valid reasons. Join #help and speak to an IRCop.
10. No begging for access in channels, this is NOT appreciated. The channel owners and their operators will decide if you need it.
11. Discussion of DDoS attacks and hacking is allowed, however making targets and planning attacks is done at your own risk. AnonOps take no responsibility for any consequences. AnonOpsIRC is a chat network only.
12. Child pornography is expressly FORBID. See the server /motd for more information!
